From a small town named Cowiche, just outside the growing city of Yakima is where I grew up and learned all that I have . I was born Athziri Andrea Garibay in Hayward, California, but moved to the state of Washington at the tender age of three. As, the daughter of two Mexican Farmworkers it was difficult not seeing your family as often as you would like because of their work schedules.
My goal throughout High School was to obtain the best grades that I could, so I could have a good education and provide my parents with any necessary support. At nineteen years old, I was able to obtain my Associate Degree in Arts at Yakima Valley College. I had completed only one year rather than the usual time span, which is two years for an (AA). I feel proud to have come so far along and be able to pursue my major, which happens to be Communications. I plan to discuss the various aspects of fashion in this blog.
From outfits I personally have created, to outfits I admire- we will be studying the current trends of the seasons and analyzing them. I enjoy listening to music, singing karaoke and spending time with family, whether that involves watching movies with popcorn on a Friday night or having a barbecue Sunday afternoon. I plan to hopefully obtain a job at a big corporation like Spotify or Cosmopolitan or work for a record label. I want to be able to get creative in my job occupation. You know what they say, you have a plan and God laughs! I only hope for the best.
